This cathedral ceiling, spacious 3 bedroom pet friendly villa offers a TV as well as a private bath for each bedroom. The private raised deck extends along the length of this nicely appointed villa and the deck is just a few feet from the edge of a beautiful picturesque small lagoon complete with palm trees and turtles Additionally for the tennis enthusiast, renting this villa entitles you to one hour a day free tennis at the famous Sea Pines Racquet Club.
The living area under the cathedral ceiling has a tropical feel from its tropical print, dolphin table and white wicker entertainment center as well as its leafy printed arm chairs with ottoman and green sleeper sofa couch. Sliding glass doors open up to the scenic deck area, which offers a large glass table with six chairs and a charcoal grill. Back inside, the tiled floor dining area also offers a glass-topped table and six chairs along with window and sliding glass door out to the scenic deck. The tiled floor extends into the kitchen, which offers all white appliances and white cupboards. At the end of the kitchen hall is the washer and dryer.
The first of the three bedrooms is on the main floor. The twin beds in the bedroom chest and mirror have an oriental theme. A TV with built in DVD player is also available. The updated bath has a new vanity, tiled floor and newly tiled combination shower and tub.
Upstairs, on the landing is a desk where you will find a modem for wireless internet service. The next bedroom is the master which offers a king bed with matching green campaign end tables and chest. Here you will also find a wall mounted TV and VCR. The master bath which has been updated to include dual sinks with separate mirrors, newly tiled floor and a combination shower/tub with updated tiles. The third bedroom offers twin beds, TV with VCR and updated bath with shower.
