This exquisite 3BR/3BA Inland Harbour villa is in a class by itself, for it has been totally remodeled and decorated resulting in an absolutely stunning villa. Add to the beautiful tropical theme and vibrant colors a mesmerizing wrap-around view of a lagoon, fountain and bridge with a background of a beautifully manicured Sea Pines fairway and you have a magnificent vacation retreat.
The villa has been artfully decorated in muted tropical fabrics, British West Indies furnishings to include palm leaf fans and walls in rich striking red and gold colors.
Entering the villa, you will be captivated by the great room with its beautiful large stone floors and numerous windows looking out to the lagoon and fairway. The living room offers two full sized sofas with built in recliners, large TV with VCR and DVD and windows overlooking the tranquil setting. There is also a wet bar.
Across the great room is a simply stunning dining area with glass top table and seating for six, set over a beautiful palmed carpet situated below a palmed chandelier.
The setting is awesome for two banks of windows directly overlook the fountain lagoon and footbridge. The elegance of this setting is further enhanced by the creative window dressing complimenting the tropical ambiance. Off the dining area are sliding glass doors, which open up to a deck, situated at waters edge with a grill, table and four chairs. The fountain, vegetation, turtles and birds make this and extraordinary setting.
The totally remodeled open kitchen has natural wood cabinets with black appliances including a Jenn Air cook top, a stone floor and the same striking views already described. In a closet are the washer and dryer.
The first floor bedroom has two twin beds, TV with VCR private bath and balcony.
Upstairs is the master with a king bed and matching armoire with TV, VCR and DVD, and sitting area and master bath with skylight. Palm overhead fan and windows overlooking the lagoon add to this tropical retreat. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, armoire with TV, VCR and DVD and private bath.
Just steps away, over the footbridge is the beautiful community pool with lounge chairs, shade trellis and restrooms. A minute walk from the pool are two community tennis courts. The beach club of Sea Pines is an easy bike ride away.
