This 2 BR / 2 BA Lighthouse Villa is located in a beautiful setting, for it directly overlooks the resort's big sunny pool in a park-like environment. A short distance away are the free tennis courts.
Additionally, this villa is within easy walking distance to the island's famous Harbour Town shops, marina and lighthouse. It is also just steps away from the specialty shops and restaurants at The Sea Pines Center. If you enjoy biking, you're right next to a wonderful bike path that will lead you into Harbour Town or in the other direction, the beach!
Inside, this villa offers a large attractive living room area with a sleeper sofa and matching love seat, a coffee table and a wicker entertainment center that includes TV, VCR and DVD. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a glass-topped table and seating for six. All along the living and dining areas are walls of windows and sliding glass doors opening to the balcony providing terrific direct views of the pool area.
Off the dining area is the newly remodeled kitchen including new counters, cabinets, over the range micowave etc. Down the hallway are the two bedrooms--the first is the master with a white wicker king bed and matching chest of drawers, a TV and end tables. The master bath has a deep soaking tub, shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds, chest of drawers and TV. A hall bath with a private entrance has a combination shower/tub.
