Under a three-minute walk to the beach, this fourth row 4BR/3.5BA redecorated, pet friendly, exceptionally charming home, with a large pool, with put a smile on your face. Bright, spacious and festive best describes this home for here you'll find hand made stenciling, bright, happy colors, palmed themed furnishings and plants, and beach, palmed and lighthouse wall papering. You will truly have a feeling that you found the perfect quaint and charming family beach home which has by white lattice and a white picket fence.
The living and dining area has shiny wood floors, a white brick fireplace, leather couch, wicker chairs, palmed armoire with TV, VCR and DVD and the brightest, cheeriest throw rugs ever imagined. The dining room area seats eight with an eclectic group of chairs of various descriptions sitting under a hand-painted chandelier. The kitchen has been updated and continues the theme with bright, fun colors showing up on plates and kitchen art.
The first of four bedrooms has two double beds under a cathedral ceiling with a large private tiled bath that has its own doorway leading out to the pool. Windows look out onto the pool. Up the white stair case and on the second floor to the left is the second bedroom with a double-sized bed, a bright pink and green chest and believe it or not, a carving end table where carving a name is acceptable!
The third bedroom at the head of the stairs is the master with a wicker king bed, wicker furniture, TV, a sitting area and private bath with a spa tub. Down the hallway is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, hardwood floors and window overlooking the pool. This bedroom and the second bedroom share the hall bath. There is also a cozy bonus room with a small TV, VCR and couch.
Outside is the large kidney shaped sunny pool approximately 30' x 14' with lots of deck space to position the various pool furniture for sun or shade. Here you'll also find a gas grill, shade umbrella over table and chairs, an old-fashioned porch swing surrounded by white lattice and vines and a horseshoe pit. Yard is partially enclosed by a white picket fence.
The beach is less than a three-minute walk, a portion of which the path is under a canopy of trees.
