Situated on a quiet dead-end street, this attractive and spacious home stands out, for it offers a separate second living area including an additional complete new kitchen, living area and bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath.
The large, stone tiled floor and cathedral ceiling in the great room add to the excitement
and charm of this great vacation home. Here, you'll find a beautiful kitchen with granite
countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, attractive cabinets and breakfast bar with
seating for three. The living area features a 42" plasma TV mounted over the decortive gas
fireplace and a new "L" shaped sectional and rattan chair. The dining area is highlighted
by a circular glass topped, pineapple-based dining table, with seating for six
positioned under a stunning chandelier.
Off the great room via sliding-glass doors is an expansive screened-in porch with a swing
glider, two overhead fans, various chairs and a table. From here you'll see the super-
sized, approximately 35' x 14' free form heated pool* with spa*.
In one direction, off the great room, is the master bedroom with a majestic rattan king-size bed,
an armoire with a flat screen TV, VCR, and DVD. A great view of the backyard and pool and
a master bath that has a granite countered sink and combination shower/tub.
In the opposite direction off the great room are two bedrooms, each with twin beds and
decorated in a wicker and palm print theme. A full bath services these two bedrooms.
Returning to the adjoining second living area is this exciting special addendum with a
living room area complete with a great matching wicker couch and chair, armoire with
TV, and doors out to the spacious front deck with its own umbrella table and chairs.
Back inside, there is also a second kitchen and a white butcher block table and chairs. |
From here you'll discover the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. There
is also a full laundry room.
Returning to the outside you will find on the upper deck a gas grill, a swing glider, beside
the heated pool* and a completely fenced in backyard, are perfect for the furry member
of your family. The walk to the beach is approximately 3 minutes.
