This is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation retreat that has not only been totally renovated from floor to ceiling but offers one of the largest heated pools*, available and is situated on a lagoon with its own private deck, great for fishing with the kids. Not only are the adults going to love this spacious, beautifully decorated home with all British West Indies themed furnishings, but the kids are going to be thrilled with it's ping pong and pool tables as well.
Upon entering this great vacation home you will be struck by the beautiful Brazilian cherry wood floors then the striking stone floor, which runs throughout the great room. Here you will see windows going all the way up to the cathedral ceiling offering exciting views out to the various decks, large pool, lagoon, palms and graceful moss draped oak trees.
The great room consists of a living area with gorgeous British West Indies Furnishings including a sleeper sofa, end tables, chairs and coordinated coffee table. In addition to the decorative stone fireplace with white wood mantle is a armoire with TV and DVD. In the adjoining dining area, supporting the same West Indies theme, is a beautiful wood table with seating for six under a large chandelier. From the dining area you look out at the various balconies and pool via two sets of sliding glass doors.
The all-new kitchen sparkles with fabulous granite counter tops everywhere including the window ledge over the sink, which looks out over the pool and lagoon. The new white cabinets share the focus with beautiful black appliances and a Thermadoor gas cook top. Part of the kitchen area encompasses a breakfast table with seating for four along with the fabulous pool* and lagoon view. Off the kitchen is the laundry room, which also has a second refrigerator.
The master bedroom is beautiful as the West Indies theme continues in the form of a massive black king bed with matching end tables and mirrored chest. On the chest is a flat screen TV. The floors shine as the Brazilian cherry wood floors reflect the light. Here you will also find a decorative fireplace. The master bath is most unusual, for the sink countertops are black-flecked stone and black cabinets, brown travertine stone floors that flow into the glass-doored shower and up around the new spa tub. Unusual light fixtures contribute to making this a unique and beautiful master bath.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed of Nantucket white, matching nightstands and chest with TV. A hall bath of granite, stone and tile with a combination shower and tub may be considered a private bath for this bedroom. The third bedroom also offers a queen bed with matching nightstands and chest with a TV and DVD. The fourth bedroom is clearly where the younger generation will want to claim for themselves for here you will find two sets of bunk beds (4 beds) and a twin sleeper chair (the guest is responsible for the twin sleeper chair linens.) Additionally offered is a TV. The third and fourth bedrooms are serviced by a hall bath of granite countertops, stone floors and stone tiles around the combination shower/tub.
Downstairs, on the ground floor with simply overhead fans for cooling, you will make another exciting discovery. Here you will find a ping pong table in one room, a pool table in the second room and a dry bar area leading out to the pool with a ceiling mounted overhead TV.
Not only does the inside of this wonderfully renovated home make this an exciting choice but consider what the outside offers. Step out onto the first tier deck or walk down a few steps to the second larger balcony with umbrella, table and chairs. Here you overlook a wonderful large heatable pool* and a lagoon which is part of the 11 mile interconnected lagoon system of Palmetto Dunes. Walk out onto the deck, on the lagoon, sit on the built in benches and watch the kids try their luck at fishing. Located just under a 5 minute walk to the beach, this could easily become your favorite vacation home with all that this retreat has to offer.
