This 2BR/2.5 BA "pet friendly" villa is exceptional as it offers spacious comfort and has been totally redecorated providing a very pretty uplifting feeling. Additionally, located within easy walking distance to the beach, this villa offers "free tennis" and pool and is close to all the activities offered by Coligny shops and restaurants.
The great room includes a living room with TV/VCR and a sofa that extends into a queen sized bed. The kitchen with breakfast bar offers all new appliances, i.e. stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with icemaker. The dining area offers seating for four.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and full private bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and it too has a private bath. Completing the second floor is a stackable washer and dryer.
