This pet friendly, economically attractive 3 bedroom + loft and 2 bath home offers a king bed with master bath, with the second and third bedrooms each offering two sets of twin beds and sharing a hall bath. The upstairs loft has a day bed twin with a trundle bed beneath. Additionally the home has a tiled dining area with a wood dining room table that seats six. Sliding glass doors lead out to the entirely closed in back yard. There is even a fenced in dog run area within the private back yard.
The living room has a cathedral ceiling. The furnishings include matching sleeper sofa, love seat and large overstuffed chair and ottoman. On the opposite wall is a TV with DVD. The kitchen offers white appliances, including dishwasher and white cabinets. The home has a full sized washer and offers high speed internet. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, cute lifeguard chair lamps on each end table, full sized dresser and mirror and sliding glass doors to the backyard. The master bath has two sinks and a combination shower/tub.
With the beach about four and a half minute walk away and as this vacation home does NOT offer a pool or spa, this property has been priced accordingly and therefore offers fantastic value. So if you have a pet and are looking for a simple vacation property or don't really require a pool, this will be the right economically oriented choice for you.
