This is a beautifully remodeled/updated 3BR/3BA ranch home in a North Forest Beach setting surrounded by wonderful oaks, pins and palms. This exciting, family, beach oriented home has a great 32" heated pool* with spa** located on a quiet cul-de-sac street.
The spacious great room has a trey ceiling entrance area with beautiful molding and a large wooden table and tile floor. The comfortable, carpeted living area offers a sleeper couch, overstuffed love seat and ottoman and a suede recliner. The TV has a DVD player. The dining area, located next to paneled sliding glass doors offering views of the tropical back yard and pool, has a glass topped table with seating for four. Connecting to the dining area is the beautiful updated kitchen with natural cabinets, black appliances, green countertops and oak floor. The kitchen peninsula offers a breakfast bar area with four wicker stools. The vaulted ceiling over the kitchen has three skylights and windows looking out over the pool and back yard.
The first of the three bedrooms offers a queen bed under a vaulted ceiling. The natural oak bedroom furniture includes chest of drawers with mirror, a tall dresser with TV and DVD and end table. The private bath offers a combination shower and tub and hair dryer. The second bedroom has a decorative antique wrought iron bed with pretty Victorian love seat and chest of drawers. The bath servicing this bedroom is directly across the hall and has a combination shower/tub. The third bedroom with twin beds has a children's beach motif. The hall bath servicing this bedroom has a shower and pedestal sink. Completing this home is a separate laundry room.
The backyard is totally fenced in and very private, for it backs up to an unspoiled forested area. The large pool* and spa* will certainly be a focal point for the family surrounded by ample decking which includes various chairs as well as a glass topped table and chair set. Also available is a charcoal grill.
This great family vacation home is a mere three-minute walk to the beach. The North Forest Beach bike trail will lead you right into Coligny Plaza, which is just a few minutes ride away to the plaza's many shops and restaurants.
