This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor, end unit villa in the Sea Pines Plantation over looks a scenic tranquil lagoon and as its name implies offers great clay tennis courts in addition to a sunny community pool.
The villa has an updated living room area with contemporary wicker furnishings, a sleeper sofa, and armoire with TV DVD and VCR. Sliding glass doors, which lead out to a patio, provide a great view of the oaks, pines and lagoon right in your backyard. The dining room area has a wicker and glass dining room table with seating for six. Here too, you have great views of the serene beautiful wooded and lagoon setting. The kitchen, with white appliances and window overlooking the woods, has a washer and dryer.
The master with king bed and matching end tables and chest has a TV, and private bath with a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom offers twin beds with matching end table and chest and a private bath with a combination shower and tub. This bath also has a hall entrance.
