This is a spectacular 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath oceanfront, luxury home with heated pool * and spa*, elevator and three master bedrooms. It is beautifully decorated and offers vast, breathtaking views of beach and ocean. This unique home featuring private baths for each bedroom is ideally suited for the large reunion, celebrating life and good fortune, that milestone birthday, momentous anniversary or simply to re-bond.
The vast great-room not only offers simply spectacular oceanfront views, but has been elegantly designed with travertine floors, beautiful cove moldings, fireplace, built-in TV and an arched entrance. The living area features a flat screen TV next to the fireplace. The dining area has a large table seating eight comfortably with the perfect oceanfront and pool view. The awesome kitchen has beautiful cabinets, a small center island and a grand island with complementary granite countertops set under five hanging lamps. Along with the grand island are five breakfast bar stools. Of special note is the vast view along the living area looking north along the beach.
This first floor has the first of seven bedrooms. Here you'll find an elegant rattan king bed, matching end tables with granite countertops, a massive armoire with TV & DVD, sleeper sofa and a writing table from which you have a limited ocean view. There's also a small private balcony. The stone and granite master bath features a spa tub, separate shower and dual sinks. Completing this floor is a pretty half bath with pineapple wallpaper and a separate laundry room.
Up 18 steps to the second floor is a majestic oceanfront master bedroom. A large sitting area is highlighted by panoramic views and large armoire with TV and sleeper sofa. The romantic master bed is a four-poster king with decorative curtains. Along with various chests and end table is a carved desk, with high-speed Internet, situated to look directly out to the ocean. French doors open out onto a spacious private balcony for grand views of everything, including the pool and spa below. The master bath is simply elegant with the lavish use of stone and granite, large/oversized spa tub, separate shower with two shower heads and dual sinks. The third bedroom has a woven wicker king bed, large chest of drawers, TV with DVD and private bath with shower and a sneak peek of ocean. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, a matching armoire with TV & DVD and a private bath with shower.
Up 18 steps to the third floor you arrive at the fifth bedroom, which is also a master bedroom. A king-sized bed is located in this room. Currently, this spacious oceanfront room with private balcony for a "top of the world" view of the beach and ocean, includes a wet bar with sink, microwave, dishwasher, mini refrigerator, cabinets and bar with three bar stools. A large freestanding TV with DVD is here for entertainment along with a game table and chairs. Also available is a loveseat. The private bath is unique for it offers a step down shower and directly overhead is a skylight with a spectacular ocean and beach view.
The sixth bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a matching clapboard armoire that contains a TV with DVD. The private bath has a combination shower and tub. This bedroom also has an oceanview. The seventh bedroom features two queen beds, a built-in TV with DVD and a private bath with combination shower and tub. This bedroom also offers a view of the beach and ocean.
Outside is a tiered deck. On the first level is a table and four chairs and gas grill. Two steps down is the inviting pool* and spa* with four lounge chairs, along with additional seating. Imagine watching the sun rise over the ocean, traversing the sky, watching and listening to the rolling surf. Here you'll have a front row center seat for pods of dolphins, formations of pelicans, beach walkers and bicyclists. Life doesn't get any better!
By the way, there's also a 3-hole putting green below the first floor living area. Also there's plenty of parking.
*Pool and spa heated upon request at an additional charge with two weeks notice. Please note that this pool can not be heated from November 1st through March 31st.
