This bright 2 BR, 2.5 bath townhome in Shipyard Plantation is only a short 10 minute walk or 2 min bike ride to the Shipyard beach access and its PET FRIENDLY,
Each room is spacious with a bright nautical theme throughout the living area and adjoining the dining area. There is an armoire housing the TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. A sleeper sofa in the living area adds to the sleeping capacity. Outside the living area is a large patio area overlooking the lagoon and golf course fairway.
The dining area comfortably seats 6 and leads into the galley kitchen that has been completely renovated and has all new appliances. Beyond the kitchen is a laundry area with washer and dryer. Also downstairs is a half bath.
Both bedrooms are upstairs each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private balcony.
Outside, there is short walk to both the resort pool and tennis court. |
