Welcome to Shipyard Plantation, where manicured lawns greet you as you pass by beautiful golf courses, ponds and fountains. This end unit town home is spacious and "beachy" with its sunny yellow walls and cheerful décor. The first floor brings you into the foyer with a ½ bath on your right, leading into the dining area with spacious seating for 6. The living room is very comfortable with a brightly colored sofa that doubles as a queen sleeper for extra sleeping capacity, 4 comfortable chairs and a 32" TV, DVD and VHS player to watch your favorite shows. There is a patio with a charcoal grill, table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining or just relaxing. Semi private, with moss draped trees and a wooded view of the golf course. Also on this first level is a galley style kitchen, which leads to the laundry room where you'll find a full size washer and dryer.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with their own full baths. The master bedroom which has a king size bed has a wonderful view of the trees and golf course from the private balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own private bath with a balcony facing the street side of the property. Each bedroom has it's own TV. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the guest room has a shower only.
With only a short walk to the pool and tennis courts and a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the Shipyard beach access, why not bring the family, including man's best friend, and enjoy this refreshing Shipmaster town home for your vacation.
