The SeaScape complex offers two on site pools and is approximately one block from the beach. Nearby is the famous Van Der Meer tennis facility. Seascape, located in South Forest Beach, is just a few blocks from Coligny Plaza, which offers numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife activities. SeaScape offers a great value, comfort and convenience.
This 2BR/ 2BA two-story villa is just a 6-minute stroll to the beach. Seascape Villas have two on-site pools and outdoor patios overlooking a lovely forested area and lagoon.
The first floor of the villa has a plaid cotton comfy couch that folds out into a sleeper sofa and has a matching love seat. A light brown wooden entertainment center with TV, VCR and DVD matches the coffee table with glass top, dining table that seats four and shelves filled with board games. Sliding glass doors open up to a patio with two wooden chairs and a grill with lovely views of Spanish moss draped trees, Palmetto palm trees and a small lagoon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern day appliances and there is a stacked washer/dryer set off to the side.
The whole villa s creatively decorated in a beach-ocean theme. Paintings of beach scenes decorate the living room, a clock has glued on three-D images of shells, the hallway light is shell shaped, the wall paper in the hall leading to the second floor displays images of seahorses, sand dollars, coral and shells and the walls upstairs have beautiful ceramic and mosaic images of palm trees, beach gear and sea creatures.
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bath has a king bed with images of different shells on the bedspread. The room has a wall-of-windows that looks out onto the forested backyard with palm trees; Spanish moss draped trees and a small lagoon. The light green pastel headboard has a matching long dresser. There is a TV in the room and the bathroom has a combination shower/tub.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with fun boat decorated quilts. The headboards have carved images of shells and match the long dresser with mirror as well as the nightstand. The bedroom light is a glass container filled with different types of beautiful beach shells. A bathroom with a standup shower is located in the hallway directly across the room.
If you love the beach, this is the villa for you. Conviently located near Coligny Plaza with many shops and restaurants, close to Van Der Meer Tennis center and boasting artwork, images and furniture with an ocean based theme and the beach just a stroll away, you are sure to enjoy your time on beautiful Hilton Head Island.
