This 1BR/ 1BA ocean view villa warmly exclaims "welcome to the beach". In only a few minutes walk you can find yourself relaxing on the beautiful ivory sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island. This totally remodeled villa, with new furniture and freshly painted, is decorated with images and pictures, which remind you that just a few steps away lies the ocean.
The bedroom with queen bed is decorated in a nautical theme. The quilt bedspread has images of sailboats, anchors are hung on the walls, and boat and fish sculptures sit on top of the long white wooden dresser with shell handles. The light base on the white wooden nightstand is in the shape of a beach lifeguard stand. The bathroom with tile floors and a brand new ceramic combination shower/tub has a lovely aquatic scene on the shower curtain and a dolphin shaped soap holder.
The unit has brand new Pergo wooden hardwood floors, which match the light wooden square dining table with seating for four. There is a comfortable couch that folds out into a sleeper sofa with two pillows that display sailboats images and the wicker coffee table has several books about the sea and South Carolina's coast. A television and VCR sit on top a white wooden side table. A beautiful painting of two white wooden beach chairs on a dock with lots of potted flowers around them and a sunset over ocean scene is mounted on the wall.
The kitchen has very attractive brand new wooden cabinets, all new modern day appliances and is fully equipped. A sliding glass door leads out to a balcony with a table and seating for two, which displays views of the ocean, Palmetto palm trees and tall Southern Pines.
In the hall closet you will find a stack full of board games. A pool is located in the middle of the villa complex and there are pool chairs and tables with umbrellas to sit in the shade. Located on South Forest Beach, Sea Side Villa oceanfront resort is only a few blocks from Coligny Plaza with all its many shops and restaurants.
