Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2011 until September 30,2011.
This Palmetto Dunes 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath very spacious villa is convenient to everything on Hilton Head. Great bike trails, 11 mile lagoon for kayaking, 3 golf courses, and the Palmetto Dunes General Store.
Upon entering the tiled entry with a guest bath, you will find on the left a completely renovated kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets, tile floor, new dishwasher and microwave. There is a counter with 2 stools for breakfast or socializing during food preparation that overlooks the open living and dining area.
The living area is decorated in earth tones and is furnished with a sleeper sofa with a 4" deep mattress topper, an entertainment area with TV, DVD, VHS player, and a radio/CD player and the dining table seats 6. Off the living area are French doors to a partially enclosed private courtyard and garden with table and chairs, great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. The spacious bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with multiple pillows, TV, and another set of doors to the private courtyard.
Off the bedroom is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Walk, bike, drive, or ride the seasonal PD shuttle to the beach, golf, tennis, Shelter Cove, the Mall, and great restaurants. This is a ground floor unit with convenient parking.
