This is a beautifully remodeled first floor 1BR/1.5BA pet friendly, first floor villa with a private fenced in patio.
The villa has light tiles and rug and is designer decorated. The living room and dining room areas flow together with a British West Indies theme. The living room offers a sleeper sofa couch, palm lamps, wicker coffee table, built in shelves with TV and VCR and complimentary window treatments that continue into the dining area. The unique dining table is scalloped glass with four palmed chairs and a palmed wicker chest.
The tiled kitchen has stone tiled walls and a breakfast bar area. Off the entrance hall is the half bath.
The bedroom has a wrought iron king bed with matching end tables and armoire which contains a TV. There is also a private bath. A set of doors in the bedroom and the living room lead out to a beautiful terrace that has a solid gate at either end.
The patio is stone tiled with shrubs and bushes contributing to a tranquil setting. Just steps away are the sunny pool overlooking a fountain pond and beyond are several fairways.
The beach is accessed via the Palmetto Dunes shuttle or car.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2008 until October 31, 2008.
