This charming one bedroom one and one half bath St. Andrews villa has it all! From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel that you are in a beautiful Mediterranean villa.
From the warm, nature inspired colors, to the wine country accessories, you will feel relaxation and rejuvenation encompass you! The living room has a wine red ultrasuede couch and two gold panne velvet chairs. There is also a wrought iron and wicker table seating four. A step up from the living room is the snack bar seating three with a pass through to the wine country kitchen with granite countertops, warm colors and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. Even the powder room has South of France appeal!
The master bedroom has a king size bed and French doors that open to the patio. It also has a TV and DVD. There is also a fully equipped laundry room. This lovely designer decorated villa will provide the ultimate vacation for a lucky family, even including the furry member of the family because it is dog friendly for small dogs
The beach is accessed via the Palmetto Dunes shuttle or car.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2009 until September 7, 2009.
