This is a spectacular brand new, 4 bedrooms + loft, 4.5 baths home that can sleep 13. It is located in the residential Folly Field area, and includes a heated pool* and spa*. It has a great location, as it is just a one-minute walk to the beach. This wonderful home is ready to accept it's guests and offers bamboo floors, British West Indes themed furnishings, granite countertops throughout and TV's in every bedroom.
The 1st level offers covered parking for three cars. The 2nd level is where you will find the living area with its bright and spacious great room. The bright roomy kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and has a center cook-top island. The kitchen flows into the dining area, which becomes part of the great room/living area with decorative fireplace, wide screen TV and DVD, balcony overlooking the pool and half bath.
The main floor master has a king bed with private bath and sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom on this level has two sets of bunk beds, (a total of four beds) which will serve as an exciting kids bedroom. This bedroom also has a private bath. Completing this floor is the laundry with a full size washer and dryer.
Up one flight of stairs is the third floor, which offers two large bedrooms. One bedroom is set up as a master with a king bed and private bath. The last or fourth bedroom is set up with two queen beds and it too has a private bath. Up one small flight of stairs is the loft. Surrounded on three sides by windows, you're standing at tree top level. This room offers a daybed. This is also where the high speed internet is located.
Outside is a beautifully landscaped backyard with a heatable pool* and spa*. Additionally here you will find deck furniture and grill. As mentioned, this will be a perfect vacation home tied to wonderful memories. Part of what makes great memories will be this lovely home and it is a short quick walk to the beach.
