This home is not only near the beach, (a 2-minute walk to the beach) but since it's a ranch, there are no steps anywhere, ideal for families with stair limitations and wheelchair requirements. (The narrowest doorway is 27" inches).
Inside, the great room is decorated with a West Indies theme extending from the living area to the dining area to the new kitchen. The living area, with entertainment center offers a TV, VCR & DVD player. The kitchen has new white appliances and light natural wood cabinets. A glass & marble breakfast bar, with four bar stools, offers a comfortable and sociable environment.
Beyond the great room is the master bedroom with a king bed with TV, VCR & DVD. The grand master bath of stone & tile has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a double sink vanity. The master also offers a separate lounge area with views of the pool and private access to the back yard.
In a wing off the great room you will discover three bedrooms. One bedroom has three twin beds, TV, VCR and a private bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed . The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and TV. The third & fourth bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom, which has a spa tub and shower combination and dual sinks, all decorated with stone & tile. Completing the inside is a full size washer & dryer.
Outside the back yard is very private as it's surrounded by a 6' high wooded fence. The yard offers a heated pool*, spa* & tiki hut with grill and outdoor shower, providing the perfect secluded getaway.
