This is a brand new, 6 bedroom 5.5 bath spectacular home with pool*, spa* and elevator that also can be pet friendly. Currently almost completed, this home is going to blossom into a magnificent reunion home with the decorator talent of Mary Jane Bucci, a leading decorator on Hilton Head Island. This gorgeous home with its luxurious great room and upstairs second family room and sleeping capacity of 16 will be ready for occupancy March 1st, 2008.
This incredible retreat will accommodate up to 16 people, for it offers four bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with two queen beds, and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.
The 5.5 baths all have travertine tiles on the floors and up the walls. Each bedroom with a king bed will have its own private bath. The bedroom with two queens and two sets of bunk beds will share a bath.
The living area is encompassed by a grand, great room with beautiful hardwood bamboo floors, a two-story entry, and a living room decorated with two sofas and chairs with an elegant West Indies influence and a flat screen TV over a beautiful fireplace. The amazing kitchen will have a granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, a breakfast bar peninsula and high stools, a game table in the breakfast nook and a grand farmhouse table in the dining area. The first floor offers a half bath and also available will be additional TV's, DVD's and high speed internet. Upstairs is a second large family area with fireplace, flat screen TV over the fireplace, couches and chairs supporting the West Indies theme.
Outside is a fantastic deck which overlooks the pool* and spa* and large grassy back yard. The yard will be fenced in, perfect for privacy, the little ones and the furry ones. Beautiful lawn furniture including table and chairs on the deck and lounge chairs around the pool will provide for the rest and enjoyment you seek. You will not only have an outdoor kitchen with gas grill for those important cook outs, but also an entertainment area with bar stools and a TV. Also available is an outdoor shower.
Should children or teens want activity beyond this wonderful vacation retreat, the town's newest and biggest park is just a short walk away. Here you will find soccer and baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, a walking trail and even a fenced in doggy park.
The beach is just a 6 to 8 minute walk, just one short block past the park. A bike ride would take two minutes and auto beach parking is available via metered parking.
