NEW TO OUR PROGRAM! This second row 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation home is just one house away from the beach, has a limited view of the ocean, offers a great sunny 22' (at its longest point) x 15' pool* with lots of decking and a great 2nd floor balcony overlooking the pool*.
The home has a wonderful, airy cathedral ceiling with skylights over the great room which includes two large suede sofas, matching automans, glass topped carved coffee table and armoire entertainment center with TV and DVD. The two couches sit aside a huge picture window with views of palms and moss draped oaks, as well as a limited view of the ocean. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony.
Next within the great room is a granite-topped island with four breakfast bar stools. This totally open kitchen area is also light and bright. The granite continues along the wall of white cupboards and white appliances. A major part of the kitchen area is a dining table with seating for eight. This entire area has a floor of beautiful, large stone tiles that adds to the warm, friendly ambiance of this inviting great room.
The first of four bedrooms is on this floor. Here you will find a massive king bed with matching end tables, chest and large circular mirror. The master bath is quite exceptional for in additional to its dual sink, granite countertops, and glass bricks, you will discover a massive shower with two different showerheads at each end of the shower and one being a rain shower. Completing this floor is a half bath and laundry room off the kitchen.
Upstairs is the second master, which has a queen bed, end tables and chest with TV, DVD as well as a trundle bed and private bath with combination shower/tub. What makes this room special is the limited view of the ocean and beach as well as directly overlooking the pool. The third bedroom has two double, dark wood, sleigh beds with matching chests and end table. Also available is a TV. This bedroom shares a bath, which has a separate shower and tub with the fourth bedroom. This fourth bedroom is ideally suited for the kids for it offers bunk beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa. This bedroom also has its own TV.
Outside the completely fenced in yard provides a great pool*, lots of decking and chairs and the sound of waves rolling into the beach. On the upper balcony you will find the gas grill, tables and multiple chairs for your comfort and relaxation. This is a great home with the beach just steps away.
