In a great location, this third row, 4BR/3BA home is just a minute walk to the beach and a pleasant bike ride to Coligny Plaza with its many shops and restaurants. This beach home offers a comfortable retreat, relaxation by the pool and all the excitement of being just steps away from the ocean. The big wrap around porch is reminiscent of an era when life was slower and allowed time to get back in touch with the important aspects of life.
The comfortable living room has a cathedral ceiling, leather couch, two chairs, TV with VCR and DVD and sliding glass doors to the porch. The dining room area has a glass-topped table sitting on a gnarled wood stand and seats six. Through glass paneled doors you enter the kitchen, complete with all appliances.
Down the hallway is the first bedroom, which has two twin beds, TV and VCR. The second bedroom also has two twin beds, TV and DVD. These first two bedrooms share a bath. The third bedroom is the master with a king bed, TV and private bath. Completing this floor is a laundry closet.
Upstairs is a large loft area that offers a double bed in one area, a private bath and a sitting area, which includes a sleeper sofa, oversized chair and TV with DVD and eclectic, primitive art furnishings.
Outside, a walk along the porch and down a flight of stairs is the 22' x 12' pool*, surrounded by lawn furniture and a white picket fence. An outdoor shower is also available.
*Pool may be heated upon request for an additional charge with two weeks advance notice.
