    This four bedroom; five bath Calibogue Sound and beachfront townhome in Sea Pines has it all! From the moment you enter the spacious, high ceilinged living room and see the views of the sparkling blue waters of the Calibogue Sound, you know an enchanting vacation is beginning. This large, designer decorated room has a decorative fireplace and a built in wet bar with granite counter and under counter fridge. It also has a TV, VCR and DVD and seating for eight with the sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman, and recliner. When sitting in the living room, you have a view of the sound and beautiful palm trees, which is very relaxing.

    Off the living room is the spacious dining room, which continues the British West Indies theme, seating eight. This room offers great views as it is also opens to the spacious deck overlooking Calibogue Sound, which has a table and chairs and gas grill. The dining room is open to the completely remodeled kitchen featuring all new cabinets and granite counters, including the large granite topped island with breakfast bar and seating for two.

    On this floor is also a warm, inviting bedroom featuring two twin beds and full bath with a combination shower/tub. Up six steps to the second level is a spacious bedroom with a queen wicker bed and its own private bath with a shower/tub combination. Up six more steps to the top level, you cross the bridge, (open to the living room) to the two king bedrooms, each with their own bath. First is the master king bedroom with views across the sound to Daufuskie Island. This bedroom has a large master bath with double sinks, shower and separate water closet. It also has a British East Indies theme with a poster bed, palm tree chair and TV. Here you will also find the modem and router for the wireless internet provided with the home. Down the hall is the second master with a tropical bedspread on the king bed and its own private bath with new vanity and large shower.

    Walking down to the lowest level in this multilevel townhome is a large family room with decorative fireplace, TV and DVD. Here providing the tropical theme is the pineapple sleeper sofa and built in bamboo bookshelves. There are also two chairs (one a recliner) and ottoman providing seating for six. This room has a double set of sliding glass doors looking over the palms. Off this room is a hallway that leads to the fifth bath with shower and full laundry room with sink and side by side washer and dryer and an enclosed porch with sliding glass doors leading to the path to the beach.

    With the views of sparkling water, the bright, open interiors, the community pool just steps away and all the shops and restaurants (including the Salty Dog) of South Beach Marina just a three minute walk from your front door, this beautiful townhome has everything a vacationer could possibly ask for.  At the South Beach Marina you can rent  jet skis, kayaks, go para sailing, charter a fishing boat, take a dolphin cruise and nearby is the South Beach Tennis Club where you can rent court time on hard court or clay surfaces.
