This wonderful first floor pet friendly DUPLEX home with a private pool is beautifully decorated and located a short 3 minute walk to the beach.
This versatile 3 BR/2BA DUPLEX first floor home can be rented as a 2 bedroom during off peak periods! The island light, bright and whimsical décor transforms you into the perfect vacation state of mind.
The living room with TV/DVD/VCR and sleeper sofa has a palmetto theme, which is our state tree and found in our flag. The open kitchen/dining room is decorated with a tropical theme where a starfish or two can be found.
The island style master bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the second bedroom decorated with a nautical theme, and has a twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has a beach theme with a queen-sized bed. All three bedrooms have TV’s.
This charming home also offers a screened in fair weather porch and BBQ in the private back yard which is fully fenced for playtime with the four legged family member. |
