This home features four bedrooms each with its own private bath. Three bedroom and baths are on the first floor, with the fourth bedroom, the master with a king bed and private bath, on the second floor. On the first floor you have a bedroom with king bed and private bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each with private baths.
The second floor offers the main living area, which features a hardwood floor throughout the grand great room consisting of the living and dining areas, plus a large screened in Carolina room. The living area has a cathedral ceiling and brick fireplace, TV and VCR. The dining area offers seating for eight. The adjacent kitchen has a pass through to the dining area .
Off the living area is the large tiled Carolina room that overlooks oaks, pines and palms as well as the beautiful pool area. Additionally, there's a second floor deck in the front of the house that can be reached via sliding glass doors. Also, there's a second deck off the master bedroom that directly overlooks the pool.
The outside is quite unusual and exciting for it not only features a beautiful 20' by 14' pool but also includes a large covered patio.
When it's time to go to the beach you're only one house away to the beach walk and three houses to the beach.
