This bright and cheery, pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath townhome in Shipyard Plantation is for the discriminating pet owner. It has been totally remodeled with new kitchen and baths, new carpet and furniture.
The living room has two easy chairs with ottomans, a bright striped sleeper sofa, and a 42 inch flat screen TV. Off the living room is a large patio with a gas grill and screened porch with table and chairs seating four. The dining table seats four with a large beveled mirror and painting providing lots of interest in the room.
The sparkling, open kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals and includes a breakfast room seating four with a desk for your computer. Off the breakfast room is the laundry area with side by side washer and dryer.
Also on this first floor is a charming powder room that has been completely remodeled. Down the hall is a large king bedroom that has a private bath with a combination tub and shower. This bedroom, with tropical prints and an iron bed, has a flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. It also has access through sliding glass doors to the large patio.
Up the stairs are two more bedrooms and baths. The first bedroom has an off white pillared queen bed with TV and sliding doors to a balcony. Its private bath also has a combination tub and shower. The third bedroom, also with a sliding glass doors to a balcony, has two twin beds and a TV/VCR combo. Its private bath also has a combination shower and tub.
All the rooms are light and bright and immediately put you in a vacation mood. The bright, sunny community pool is just steps away. And the beach (with the Shipyard Beach Club), is just minutes away for pets and their humans.
