This lovely 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is located across from the pool and next door to the Shipyard Racquet Club. This perfect location is within easy walking distance to the beach and the Shipyard Beach Club. Guests of 1202 Tennismaster will receive 1 hour of free tennis per day at the Shipyard Racquet Club. Additionally all bedrooms have been equipped with flat screen TV's and DVD players.
On the main floor of the townhouse you will find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a dining room that seats 6, a half bath and a spacious living room with wet bar and furnished with a floral sofa (queen size sleeper) and loveseat, overstuffed chair and an entertainment center with TV, DVD and VCR player. A large screened porch is just off of the living room and offers comfortable cushioned wicker furniture. The screened porch opens up to an elevated deck offering a charcoal grill and a lagoon and landscape view.
The master bedroom is located here on the main floor and offers a King bed, TV, DVD player, private bath with Garden tub and shower. Sliding glass doors from the master bedroom lead out to the back deck.
The second floor of this charming townhouse features two additional bedrooms. A queen bedded room with TV, DVD player and private bath and a second bedroom with two Twin beds, TV, DVD player and a private bath.
The large, sunny on site pool is located a few steps away and the beach, Beach Club and the Shipyard Racquet Club are within easy walking distance.
