This beautiful 2BR/2BA pet friendly villa, located just 5 minutes from the beach and beach park, is simply terrific.
Leather furniture, handsome plantation shutters, tiled entry, stenciled walls, etagere with TV/VCR, plants and numerous designer touches create a very delightful and charming ambiance.
The kitchen has everything you would expect including dishwasher. The master bedroom offers a king bed and as a bonus, a daybed which can sleep one. Also available are a TV/VCR, DVD and a private master bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds, TV/VCR, DVD, microwave, small refrigerator, private bath, sliders out to a private deck and a separate private entrance.
The oversized balcony, has a table with 6 chairs and is surrounded by oaks and pines, providing a very peaceful wooded setting while relaxing under the shade of your patio umbrella.
The pool is a five-minute walk to the Devonshire complex. The new beach park offers a children’s playground and comfort stations.
Please Note: there is a two dog maximum with a combined weight of 125 pounds. There is an additional non-refundable $50 Village House Pet Registration fee per dog as well as the $75 non-refundable pet fee.
