This beautiful 2BR/2BA villa, located just 5 minutes from the beach and beach park, is simply terrific.
A beautifully decorated and comfortable villa includes living room and dining area. In the living room, there is a TV, VCR and tape player inside an armoire. New furniture and carpet are accented as plenty of light comes from the outside with serene wood views through the sliding glass doors.
The contemporary kitchen has everything you would expect including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and pergo floor which leads to a dining area that seats 6.
The master bedroom offers two queen beds and TV. Also available is a private master bath. The second bedroom has two double beds, armoire with TV, microwave and small refrigerator.
The balcony has a table with 4 chairs and is surrounded by large trees, providing a very wooded setting while relaxing under the shade.
The pool is a two-minute walk to the Devonshire complex. The new beach park offers a children’s playground and comfort stations.
Please Note: there is a one dog maximum with a weight of 30 pounds. There is an additional non-refundable $50 Village House Pet Registration fee as well as the $75 non-refundable pet fee.
