This is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath totally updated villa that offers a view of the ocean, pool and ponds in the very popular Villamare oceanfront resort. Upon entering this beautiful villa you will step onto a shiney large peach colored tile floor that leads you into the gleaming updated kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets. The open kitchen leads right into a very tropical living area. Walking past the white Nantucket hall table you will come to the brightly upholstered dining room chairs celebrating summer sandals. The glass-topped table seats six.
From the parrot paintings on the wall to the 3-foot wood carved blue pelican and large potted palms you get the happy feeling of "I am on vacation." The armoir with TV and VCR, coffee table and end tables all support a beach and tropical theme. There is a combination matching love seat and sleeper sofa couch. Sliding glass doors lead out to your private balcony providing exciting views out to the ocean.
The master bedroom has been beautifully decorated with all new furnishings which include a king plantation bed and matching black chest and mirror and end tables. The two elegant framed parrot pictures over the bed and bird of paradise bedspread give this room a very sophisticated tropical feel. Sitting on a wicker table is a TV and VCR. The master bath is equally upscale for here you will find black granite countertops, a his and her sink and black-built in cabinets with striking lighting over both sinks and a step in shower.
The guest bedroom is also very striking and impressive for here you will find two very red, bold, queen beds and red matted pictures over each bed. Once again the potted palm and tropical colors reinforce that wonderful vacation feeling. A white Nantucket armoire contains a TV. This bedroom has its own access to a private balcony with chairs and it's own bath with combination shower/tub.
Villamare has set a new standard for quality and luxury on Hilton Head Island. It not only features a beautifully landscaped ocean side pool, but also a year-round indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and health club with exercise facilities.
Within easy walking distance are two hotels for dining and entertainment, as well as tennis, bike and canoe rentals.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2008 until October 31, 2008.
