This 2 bedroom, 2 bath resort view villa has been beautifully updated and redecorated. as seen immediately upon entry. From the new carpet, new wallpaper, all new furniture and terrific window treatments, this villa exudes style, charm and comfort, as well as generates excitement. The Villamare ocean front resort offers so much in terms of pools, both indoor and outdoor, and health club that you will want to return to Villamare year after year.
The great room has been very tastefully done. It just all comes together with its earth tone sleeper coach and matching love seat, earth tone carpet and drapes. Palm tapestry pillows adorn each couch with green accent pillows. The cream colored armoire, with TV, DVD and VCR matches the coffee table and end tables with muted red lamps. The dining room table has a glass top and six chairs and sits beneath a brass chandelier. The open complete kitchen includes a hook up for high speed internet. Off the kitchen is the washer and dryer.
The master bedroom accessed via curtained French doors offers a striking cream colored shuttered king bed with matching end tables and armoire. The armoire offers a TV and VCR. Sliding glass doors next to the bed provide entry to your private balcony with table and chairs. This balcony may also be accessed via the living area. The master bath area includes a large soaking tub and separate shower. The spacious guest bedroom has two double beds and matching chest and end table. Here also you have a TV with DVD and VCR. Additionally, sliding glass doors open up to a private balcony with chairs. The private bath offers a combination shower and tub.
As this gorgeous villa does not have a view of the ocean, its price is lower. However, its proximity to the beach and the wonderful amenities of the Villamare ocean front resort, combine to make this a great value oriented, as well as luxurious vacation property.
The Villamare resort offers exceptional amenities, for it has a spectacular large sunny outdoor pool, children's pool and spa and great lounge chairs all right next to the beach. But what makes this resort stand out from the rest is its indoor facilities. Here you'll find a large heated indoor pool, spa, sauna and exercise room with new Precor equipment with various treadmill and bicycling apparatus along with a central weight lifting machine and free weights.
The Villamare complex is located in the Palmetto Dunes plantation, which offers bike trails providing scenic fairway and lagoon views, golfing, tennis facilities, restaurants as well as bike and canoe rentals.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2008 until October 31, 2008.
