This 3rd row 4BR/4BA home with heated pool* and spa* and large front porch has undergone major remodeling from floors to ceilings.
The cathedral ceiling living room with fireplace has all new furniture including a sleeper sofa, TV, VCR and DVD. The dining room, as part of the great room, offers a dining room table seating six. Doors from the dining area lead to a spacious private screened porch, which overlooks the pool. The open kitchen has a large island with breakfast bar with four stools. Additionally, the kitchen looks out to the pool.
The first floor bedrooms include a bedroom with a Queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers two Twins with a private access to a full hall bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms. One is the master with a King bed and beautiful tiled private master bath which includes a spa tub. The fourth bedroom offers two bunk bed plus a single twin bed and tiled private bath.
Outside is the private pool *and spa*. A pebble stone path leads to the beach access path; with less than a two-minute walk to the beach.
*The pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional charge with 2 weeks advance notice.
