This is a very attractive, beautifully updated 2 BR/ 2BA villa, which overlooks the bright sunny pool and only 1.5 blocks from the beach.
As it has been totally remodeled you will feel happy to have rented such a pleasant vacation villa. It has been newly painted, has new wood floors except in the two bedrooms, which offers new carpeting.
The main living area which has been painted a warm yellow, has a sleep sofa, two suede chairs, TV with DVD, coffee table and sliding glass doors which open out to the private balcony with it's pool view. The dining area offers a handsome black dining set with an oak wood top set under an unusual surfboard fan. Perhaps of greatest distinction is a multi-paneled divider with a stunning ocean and tropical theme. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and offers a new stone floor, new countertops, new cupboards and appliances.
The first bedroom has a queen bed and includes a TV as well as offers a remodeled vanity and new flooring in the private bath with combination shower/tub. The second bedroom with windows overlooking the pool has a queen bed and a hall bath which also has been updated with new stone flooring, new vanity and sink. This bath also provides a combination shower/tub. Please note that there is a coin operated washer & dryer in the main hall for four villas on the floor.
The sunny pool and surrounding grounds have been beautifully updated, so in addition to the new pool, is a landscape of towering palms and brick paths. Also for your enjoyment are two tennis courts exclusively for Xanadu guests. The path to the ocean is just a minute's walk away. Once on the winding sidewalk path used by the neighborhood, it is just a short walk to the wide sandy beach that has made Hilton Head Island famous. Xanadu is also next to the bike path where with a short bike ride you are at Coligny Plaza with its many shops and restaurants.
