This recently renovated and totally redecorated 1BR/1BR Villa overlooks the pool, is a block and a half to the beach (a five minute walk) and a few blocks to Coligny plaza with all of its shops and restaurants.
This exciting villa has been decorated in an upscale beach theme with its blue and yellow-stripped sleeper sofa and chair, white wicker and white clapboard bedroom furniture. The wrought iron glass topped dining table and four chairs with white on white cushions set under a bronze chandelier provide more support for the lovely beach elegance theme.
The living room also includes a beautiful armoire with a T.V. and VCR, a white clapboard coffee table and end table. Off the living room is a sliding glass door, which leads out to the private balcony and ornate table and chairs for relaxation while over-looking the pool and palms.
The kitchen, as well as the entry, has a tiled floor, new appliances and its layout provides for a view of the lush landscape and pool area.
The bedroom has the white clapboard furniture, with queen bed and a private entrance into the bath, which also has a hall entrance. The updated bath has a combination shower and tub. Laundry facilities are located down the hall.
Outside, not only do you have a sunny community pool but also access, just steps away, to the two tennis courts.
