This is a four bedroom four bath ranch style home with a huge lanai, screened in pool and private fishing dock on the famous Palmetto Dunes interlinking lagoon system. Set amongst palms and oaks, this spacious home is located on a very large piece of property on a quiet, pretty residential cul-del-sac. The back yard lanai covers one of the largest pools available, approximately 30' x 19'. The decking is terra cotta colored tiles. Table and chairs, lounge chairs, and both a gas and charcoal grill are provided. Beyond the lanai is a big private backyard, which leads to a wide dock that extends out over the lagoon. This dock, with a built-in bench, is a perfect place to relax, watch the kids fish, eat or simply enjoy the peace and tranquility.
Inside, this unique, interesting home with numerous updates is a cathedral ceiling living and dining room and a separate family room. The living area with a wood floor has a decorative wood burning fireplace, "L" shaped couch, swivel upholstered rocking chairs, TV, DVD, and VCR, and two sets of sliding glass doors offering views of the pool and beyond. The adjoining dining room with a white tile floor has a glass-topped dining table that seats eight. The mirrored wall and sliding glass door with its extensive views add to the spacious feeling. There is a large separate kitchen with peninsula and a breakfast table that is positioned to look out over the pool and lanai. Off the kitchen is the laundry room.
Off to the right of the entrance hall is a great family room, with a sleeper couch, two plush wing chairs, a wet bar and a armoire with a TV and VCR. Off the family room is a master suite with a rare offering. Here you'll find a king bed with two matching chests and end tables. The armoire chest has a TV with VCR. Additionally, there is a private sliding glass door for entering the pool. What is truly unique are the separate his and her baths. For her, you will find a spa tub, large mirrored walls, separate shower, sink and a huge closet aside a separate vanity. For him, shower, sink, skylight, and view out to the lagoon.
The second and third private bedrooms are located down a hall where there is a door that can be closed for additional privacy for a family, if needed. The second bedroom offers a queen white shuttered bed and matching chest and end tables. The third bedroom has two twin white shuttered beds and matching chest. Both of these bedrooms share a hall bath with a combination shower/tub.
The fourth bedroom is like a second master, for this spacious bedroom has a king bed, matching chest and end tables and a TV with VCR. There is a private bath with shower that also has a hall entrance.

The beach is .6 of a mile away if you walk or ride a bike, and 1.5 miles to the Palmetto Dunes beach parking area.
Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from March 1, 2008 until October 31, 2008.
